Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human IL21R. PF-05230900 is a fully human monoclonal anti-IL-21 receptor (IL-21R) antibody, has a prolonged PD effect measured by IL-21R occupancy; was highly immunogenic after single dose administration and has PK properties with rapid clearance and low bioavailability.

Figure 1 Anti-Human IL21R Recombinant Antibody (TAB- 416CL) in WB
Western blot analysis of TAB- 416CL was performed by loading human IL21R protein onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB- 416CL and a HRP goat anti-IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody (1: 3000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.
